Where will you be in five years?

If the honest answer isn't one you want — this is why we built a team you can join. Real training, real mentorship, and a path that's clear from day one.

THE GAP

Most people wake up at 55 realizing they've been building someone else's dream.

The W-2 trap.

You trade your best hours for a paycheck that barely covers the mortgage. The 401(k) match feels like progress — until you run the math. 90% of Americans save less than $500 a month. That's not a retirement. That's hoping.

The 1099 trap.

Own a nail salon, a hair studio, a small business? You don't have benefits. No retirement match. No disability. No plan. You're the employer and the employee — and nobody's looking out for either of you.

The gap isn't that people aren't working hard. It's that the system they're working inside of wasn't built for them to win.

WHAT YOU GET

What we hand you on day one.

This isn't 'start from scratch and hope.' We've built the pieces so you can focus on the part that matters — the people in front of you.

01

Top-rated carriers, day one

Access to some of the biggest and most trusted insurance companies in the country. You walk in with the shelf already stocked — no agency paperwork to chase, no approvals to wait on.

02

Weekly pay, zero bookkeeping

You get paid every week. No invoicing. No chasing carriers. No payroll headaches. Finish a case this week, it pays this week.

03

Built-in tools

Quoting, illustration, and client management software — the kind independent agents usually pay thousands a year for. Yours, included.

04

Real training

A structured program that compresses what most agents take years to figure out. You'll learn the products, the presentation, and the honest answers to hard questions — before you ever sit with a family.

05

Local mentorship — in person, in Vietnamese

This is what separates a platform from a real career. Khanh and Duyen run training in Southlake. Your first appointments aren't alone — you watch, you learn, and you still get paid.

06

Marketing & referral support

Branded materials, event playbooks, and referral systems — so you don't have to invent a brand or a pipeline to get started.

WE REWARD PROGRESS

Every milestone gets named. Every win gets witnessed. The wins don't go unnoticed here.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

You'll know by day 90 whether this is for you.

We don't ask for a leap of faith. We ask for 90 days of honest effort. Here's the path.

Days 1–30

License + foundation

Complete your training. Pass your state life insurance exam. Start thinking about who you want to serve first — family, friends, neighbors, anyone whose financial life you care about.

Days 31–60

Ride along, learn the work

Shadow real appointments with your mentor. Watch how real conversations with real families actually go. Help your first families — most people's first $20,000 in commissions lands during this stretch.

Days 61–90

Stand on your own

By now you've helped enough families to speak with conviction. If building a team is something you want, this is where that starts. If not, you already have a career.

QUESTIONS WE HEAR

What's actually stopping you?

I don't have any experience in insurance or finance.

Neither did most of us. Our training is built for people starting from zero. By the time you sit with your first real family, you've already learned the products, the conversation, and the honest answers to the hard questions.

I can't afford to quit my job.

Don't quit. Most people start part-time and keep their W-2 in place. The first appointments happen on evenings and weekends with people you already know. When the income from this work exceeds the paycheck, the decision makes itself.

I'm too introverted for this kind of work.

This business runs on introductions, not pitches. Your first appointments aren't done alone — your mentor runs the meeting, you watch. By the time you're presenting on your own, you've sat through real conversations with real families. You aren't pitching; you're solving a problem you already understand.

How is this different from other opportunities I've been pitched?

Fair question. You're a licensed insurance agent earning commissions paid directly by A-rated, state-regulated carriers — not a membership, not a subscription, not a tiered buy-in. If you never build a team, you still earn full commissions on every family you help. That's it.

ONE MORE THING

Ask yourself, honestly.

  • What have you been doing for the last five years?
  • Are you providing for your family's current and future financial needs?
  • Are you living in your dream home? Driving your dream car?
  • Do you have enough time to spend with the people you love?
  • Are you able to help your parents — or your spouse — retire?
  • If you keep doing exactly what you're doing, where will you be five years from now?

If the answer doesn't sit right — consider a change. This could be it.
